| 摘 要： | 晋察冀抗日根据地作为抗战时期中共在敌后创建的模范抗日根据地,在政治、军事、经济、党的作风和文化教育方面创造了极为丰富、有效的历史经验,被中共中央誉为＂敌后模范的抗日根据地及统一战线的模范区＂。晋察冀根据地的成功执政历史经验包括党员领导干部素质及理论水平的提升,正确的执政领导体制和工作机制建设,经济、军事、文化建设和党内作风建设,以及政策的灵活运用确保执政的长效性。当前,有必要对这些历史经验进行总结并得出规律,这对加强党的执政能力建设具有重要意义。
