| Abstract: | It is necessary to conduct a SWOT analysis of the Old Industrial Base of the North-east China from the following four aspects:the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat.The present situation of the North-east China resulted from some restrained factors. In order to fulfill the strategic task of reviving the Old Industrial Base of the North-east China, we should take the following crucial measures to integrate the resources: innovating the system and mechanism, maintaining sustainable development, improving investment environment, promoting the development of the countryside economy by heavy industry, and improving the social security system. |
