研究型大学教师聘任制改革研究

摘    要:我国研究型大学由于起步晚、基础差,和世界先进研究型大学之间的差距非常明显。教师水平决定着学校的办学水平。在教师职务聘任上必须引进竞争机制,提高教师的竞争意识和危机意识,加强学科建设,打造合理的人才梯队,提升学校的影响力。提倡在科学招聘和鼓励拔尖人才成长的同时,也要注意改革力度,稳中求胜。

Abstract:There is a great distance between the research-oriented universities in our country and the advanced ones in the world, since we started late and the foundation is poor.The teachers' quality decides that of the school. We must introduce the system of competition into teacher engagement so as to promote the teachers' sense of competition and urgency .We should strengthen the curriculum building, form a reasonable team of talents and increase universities' influence.
