企业竞争优势根源分析——资源基础论的一个经济学解释

资源基础论的理论分析是基于均衡经济学基础上的,并且很大程度上应用了基本的均衡价格理论。与新古典经济学和产业组织理论不同,资源基础论是基于企业异质性的假设条件,将企业的竞争优势归于企业拥有和控制的独特资源,进而获取租金。但资源的稀缺性和不完全流动性并不是获得持续竞争优势的充分必要条件,企业要想建立持续竞争优势必须建立阻止其他企业进行模仿的隔离机制。

Analysis of the Root Cause of the Competitive Advantage of the Enterprise:an Economic Interpretation to the Resources-Based Theory

The theoretical analysis of the resources-based theory is based on the balanced economics, and to a great extent, it employs the basic theory of balanced prices. Different from the classic economics and the theory of industry organization, the resources-based theory is based on the supposition that businesses are of different quality, and therefore, the competitive advantage of enterprises should be uniquely possessed and owned by the enterprises themselves. However, the rarity and the incomplete mobility of resources should not become the sufficient and necessary condition for enterprises to acquire sustainable competitive advantage. Other than that, the enterprises must establish the isolating mechanism so as to prevent others from imitating their product.
