| 摘 要： | 企业的核心竞争力是企业发展的根本。民营企业在培育核心竞争力中存在着企业定位、企业重组、企业品牌建设、企业激励等问题。提升民营企业的核心竞争力的主要途径是塑造杰出的企业家精神 ,培育优秀的企业文化 ,树立先进的管理理念 ,实施适当的技术创新战略 ,形成科学的激励机制。

| Abstract: | The core competence in the enterprises is the foundation of their development. As for private enterprises, there exist such problems as business orientation and business reorganization. The fundamental way to promote the core competence of the private enterprises is to foster their enterprising spirit, cultivate excellent enterprise culture, employ advanced idea of management, and enforce appropriate strategy of technological innovation, so as to form a scientific system of motivation. |
