摘    要:实施人力资本开发是旅游饭店获取竞争优势的首要条件,制度因素是制约我国旅游饭店业人力资本开发的主要因素.为此,需要在明确人力资本特性及饭店制度安排的基础上,合理进行人力资本开发的相关制度选择.

Abstract:Human resources development is the primary condition for tourist hotel s gain advantages in competition. But problems arising from the current system p ose the major obstacle against the hotel tourism industry in China. Therefore, w e need to have a clear understanding human resources and hotel system arrangemen t before we are able to make a selection for a more rational system is unavoidable.
