| 摘 要： | 我国高校经费紧张令人忧虑。政府应肩负起教育投入的责任;高校应通过建立切实可行的制度,在保证教学、科研基本目标不变的情况下积极投身于区域经济建设,为学校的发展筹集资金;政府、企业界与高校积极合作不仅有利于解决高校经费问题,更有利于政府通过组织、协调来增强国力,也有利于企业通过提高科技含量增强竞争力。

| Abstract: | The shortage of funds for the Chinese higher education has caused great worries to many people. The government should be responsible for the input into education. Universities should throw themselves actively into the regional economic construction by establishing practical and feasible systems under the guarantee of keeping the basic goals of teaching and scientific research unchanged. The active cooperation between enterprises and universities will not only help to solve the shortage of funds for higher education but also help the government enhance the national power and it will also help the enterprises enhance their competitive strength through the increase of scientific and technological content. |
