| 摘 要： | 依靠科技进步和创新,培养和造就大批高素质的各类专门人才,是振兴东北老工业基地的重要保证。研究生教育承担着为老工业基地振兴培养高层次创新人才的重任。研究生创新能力培养基地与东北经济振兴关系密切。目前研究生创新能力培养基地在东北经济振兴中发挥的作用还不够。有必要针对问题去寻求研究生创新能力培养基地充分发挥作用的对策。

| Abstract: | Relying on scientific and technological progress and innovation and cultivating a large number of high-quality workers and specialists is the important support for revitalization of the old industrial bases in northeast China.Postgraduate education undertakes the important responsibility to cultivate high-level innovative talents for the revitalization of the old industrial bases in northeast China.A full awareness of the relationship and the existing conditions will be of great importance to fully play its role in cultivating postgraduates' innovative ability. |
