On Liebermann's Piano Chamber Music Works

Lowell Liebermann is an active pianist and conductor in today’s music circle. His music is famous for its exquisite melody and diverse style, full of vitality and originality. By selecting several pieces of his representative piano music to conduct a preliminary exploration into melody, theme, rhythm and structure, this article intends to draw the attention of people in this circle to him so that it can bring some enlightenment for us to play, appreciate and teach his piano music works. This study will inevitably provide a valuable reference to promoting the development of China’s chamber music and piano majors’playing.
