| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国各行业、各部门尤其是制造业就业队伍中的一个重要组成部分。政府、企业以及个人本身对劳动力的人力资本投资直接影响到产业的更新换代和结构优化,进而影响到经济增长方式的转变。以农民工的人力资本投资状况为研究视角,探讨它与经济增长方式转变之间的关系,对加快推进经济结构的战略性调整、提升产业的整体技术水平具有重大的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Rural labors are an important part of employment group in various industries and sectors.Their knowledge and structure,human capital investment from the governments,enterprises and their own influence directly the renewal and structure optimization of industries,and furthermore influence the transformation of economic growth mode.Taking human capital investment of rural labors as a studying angle of view,this paper explores the relation between the investment and the transformation of economic growth mode,which has a significantly realistic meaning for promoting strategic adjustment of economic structure and upgrading the whole technical level of industries. |
