| 摘 要： | 中国农业要在WTO框架下持续健康发展 ,当前最紧迫的是推动农业科技园区的跨越式发展 ,竭力培育和提升我国农业的国际竞争力。而农业科技园区的跨越式发展离不开运转高效、协调有力的运行机制作支撑。就中国农业科技园区发展的现实背景而言 ,构建技术选择、技术扩散、资金筹措、人才利用和市场开拓五大运行机制已是当务之急。

| Abstract: | To obtain the sound and sustainable development at present in line with the WTO regime in the agriculture of China, the most important thin is on the leap-styled development to drive the hi-tech garden of agriculture,which,with the strong support of highly-efficient and well-harmonized operating mechanism,can help to do one's utmost to cultivate and promote the international competitiveness in agriculture.considering the status of agricultural development in our country,priority should begiven to 5 of operating mechanisms,including technology choosing,technology spreading,fund collecting,talent using-and market exploiting. |
