论社会政策主流化

社会政策主流化,是指社会政策摆脱从属于政治政策和经济政策的地位,逐渐成为公共决策关注的焦点的过程。伴随着社会经济结构转型的进一步发展,当代中国公共政策领域也出现了结构调整的现象,其趋势是越来越注重社会政策的制定与运用即社会政策主流化。这种趋势的出现,是当前中国社会的经济、政治、文化及社会生活等多种因素综合作用的产物。

On the Mainstream of Social Policy

Social policy mainstream means the social policy gets rid of the position subordinated to the political policy and economic policy, and gradually becomes course of focus that public decision pays close attention to. With the further development in the transition of social economic structure, the phenomenon of the structural adjustment has also appeared in the contemporary China's public policy field. Its trend is that more and more attention is paid to formulation and application of the social policy, i.e. the social policy mainstream.
