| 摘 要： | 和谐社会的建构是一个重大而繁杂的事业,从法理视域看,宪法和法律是和谐社会的根本调节器。和谐社会的建构主要依赖宪法法律协调四种关系:国家权力与公民权利的和谐;国家机关相互之间的和谐;市民社会的和谐;个人之间的和谐,只有处理好上述几个维度的关系,和谐社会建设才可能具备坚实的法治基础。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious society is a major and complex undertaking.Seen from the domain of the legal perspective,the Constitution and the law is a fundamental regulator of social harmony.The construction of a harmonious society mainly relies on coordinating four kinds of constitutional law relationship:state power and civil rights of harmony;the harmony between national authorities;public social harmony;harmony between individuals.Only when the above relationships are properly dealt with can the construction of a harmonious society be possible with a solid legal foundation. |
