| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出"以人为本"的思想,这是我们建党和执政以来在国家发展观上的历史性突破。"以人为本"体现了马克思主义的基本观点,是对马克思主义认识论的一次新的思想解放。坚持"以人为本"是实践科学发展观的本质和核心,也是实践高等教育科学发展观的本质要求。

| Abstract: | The Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC put forward the thought of "people-orented", which is a historical breakthrough on the country developing viewpoint since the CPC comes into existence. It incarnates Marxist basic viewpoint and it is a thought liberation on Marxism epistemology. It is the essence and core of practising scientific development viewpoint to insist on "people-oriented" thought, it is also the essential demand to practise scientific development viewpoint of higher education. |
