| 摘 要： | 当前从文化体育视角研究农村公共产品供给问题的学者很少，对农村文体公共品的非政府供给的研究更少。政府供给公共品绝大多数放在了保证农业生产方面，因而研究非政府供给途径之一的俱乐部方式供给湖南农村文体公共产品意义重大。当前湖南农村文体公共品供给存在总量不足、落后于全国平均水平、供给结构失衡且省内不同地区供给也不均衡等问题；而俱乐部方式由于能有效实现成本的分担、增加村民的友谊与协作，还能满足他们的文化生活等多方面的需要。发展农村文体俱乐部要在坚持竞争、自愿与社会性的原则前提下，注重培育农村文体公共品的消费市场和弘扬农村特色文化。
