| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍竞争情报的发展概况的基础上,论述了加强我国企业竞争情报工作的必要性和促进我国企业竞争情报发展的三种主要措施,即实施知识管理——实现竞争情报过程的优化、搜集方法和处理技术的创新;建立企业竞争情报系统——协调企业战略目标和用户需求、提高企业市场竞争能力;建立信息主管制度——优化企业组织结构、保障企业竞争取胜.

| Abstract: | Based on brief introduction of competitive intelligence development , this paper discusses the necessity of strengthening enterprises' competitive intelligence work in our country and three main measures to facilitate the development of enterprises' competitive intelligence in our country,i.e.the enofrcement of knowledge management to realize optimization of competitive intelligence process and the innovanation of collecting method and processing technology;the establishment of the enterprise's competitive intelligence system to harmonize enterprise's strategy target and user demands so as to improve enterprise's market competitive capacity;and the construction of building CIO regulation to perfect enterprise organizational structure and to ensure enterprise's victory in competition. |
