试论人文管理在高校教学管理中的应用

人文管理理论目前广泛应用于企业管理之中。人文管理不仅以人为中心,而且要以德育人,以科学、文化武装人,以伦理道德、文化修养调剂人际关系,培养人的灵魂,提高人的素质,挖掘人的潜力,目标是促进人的全面自由发展。实行人文管理应遵循的基本原则是:应顾及到民族的文化传统的信念。人文管理适合于教学管理。在高等教育大众化背景下,人文管理通过良好文化氛围的营造,以文化影响人,以文化管理人,推动高校教学管理开创新的局面。

On the applification of the humanities administration to the educational administration of university

Humanities administration theory has been widely applied in administration of enterprises now. This article introduces the basic ideas of humanities administration and then answers two questions: whether the humanities administration theory is suitable for the educational administration of university, how to apply the theory to the educational administration.
