| 摘 要： | 当前,网络已成为人类生存的第二空间———网络空间。网络生态系统的文明要素包括网络主体、网络信息、网络技术与基础设施以及网络政策法规和网络文化等。网络生态系统由于存在网络信息污染、网络安全危机、网络私人空间危机、信息膨胀与信息短缺和文化多样性危机等,必须加强以有益与公正、尊重与允许、可持续发展为原则的网络生态文明教育。
