论行政学术化与高校学术—行政权力关系的协调

学术权力和行政权力构成了大学治理中的二元权力结构,既相互制约和补充,又相互冲突和交锋。目前我国高等学校存行政权力对学术权力的挤压,导致了行政权力的泛化和学术权力的缺失。行政学术化遵循以学术为本位的思路,以构筑具有学术背景的学术行政管理阶层为中心,是对高校学术权力与行政权力协调发展的尝试。

Administrative Academicism and College Academics:The Coordination of Administrative Power

The academic power and administrative power constitute a dual-power structure in university governance, with mutual restraint and complement, as well as conflicts and fights. At present, Adminis-trative power interferes with academic power in most China＇s colleges and universities, resulting in the generalization of the administrative power and the lack of academic power. Administrative academicism places academics in the fundamental position, centered to building the academic administrative management with the academic background, in order to coordinate between the academic power and the administrative power.
