| Abstract: | Urban culture, the soul of a city, plays a very important role in its economic and social development. The position and construction of the urban culture in Lianyungang city, the bridgehead of the second Eurasian Continental Bridge, are discussed with suggestions made for the enhancement of local urban-culture construction and economic development. |
