| 摘 要： | 情景模拟教学是管理学课程教学中的有效方法之一。管理学情景模拟教学应采取适当措施使教师正确认识管理学课程的性质,恰当选择情景模拟项目,合理设计情景模拟场景,营造真实的情景氛围,同时注意教师角色的准确定位和教学方法的灵活应用。
