| 摘 要： | 科研团队的健康发展是科研院所取得成果的重要保证。在对当前影响科研团队＂发展力＂因素进行分析的基础上,提出通过优化科研团队组织结构,抵制学术不正之风,提高科研经费使用效益,重视科研团队的文化建设,完善科研团队管理制度,加强科研团队成果信息化管理等措施,提升科研团队发展力。

| Abstract: | The healthy development of scientific research team is an important guarantee for the achievements of scientific research.This paper analyzes the factors of＂the development force＂that influences the scientific research team,and proposes to optimize the organization and mechanism,fight against academic misconduct,improve the efficiency of research funds,focus on the cultural construction,perfect the management system and enhance the informational management of the fruits,so as to improve the development force. |
