摘    要:反思对教师改进自己的工作有独特的作用,是教师获得专业发展的必要条件。反思性教学是提高教师业务水平,加快自身发展的一种强有力的促动因素。将反思性教学与大学英语教师的教学活动结合起来进行考察,探讨了反思性教学在大学英语教师自身发展及对今后教育教学实践中的作用。

Abstract:Reflection is vital to teachers' self-development,and it is an indispensable requirement for teachers in professional development.Reflective teaching is peculiar and effective to teachers' work,which is a forceful enhancement to improve the teachers' professional level and self-development.Combined with the teaching activities in college English teaching,reflective teaching was examined and explored in terms of teachers' self-development and its function in future teaching practice.
