| 摘 要： | 高校志愿者作为新形势下社会主义精神文明建设活动中涌现出来的新生事物,其发展过程中暴露出来的一些实际问题正日益凸显,影响和制约着社区志愿服务的长效化。针对高校青年志愿者在参与社区服务当中暴露的种种问题,对高校青年志愿者在参与社区服务过程中体现出的不足进行阐述分析,提出构建大学生参与社区志愿服务的长效机制的具体解决办法。

| Abstract: | With the development of college volunteers, in the context of socialist spiritual civilization, the practical problems have become so obvious that they have affected and restricted the effectiveness of com- munity service in the long run. The paper discusses on these problems, and proposes concrete solutions to build the long-term mechanism of undergraduates＇ participation in community service. |
