| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查对江苏省9所高校辅导员的职业认同现状进行了比较分析。结果发现,江苏省高校辅导员职业认同程度普遍较高,其中女性辅导员更喜爱辅导员职业;不同学历水平的高校辅导员在职业认同度上不存在显著差异;随着年龄、工龄、月收入、行政级别、职称的提高,高校辅导员的职业认同度逐步提高;省重点高校的辅导员职业认同度最高,其他依次为省普通高校、省民办高校、省大专院校。因此,高校需进一步加强辅导员队伍建设,建立有利于提高辅导员职业认同感的工作环境,提高辅导员工作待遇、社会地位等。

| Abstract: | The paper compares and analyzes the status quo of the professional recognition of college counselors in 9 colleges of Jiangsu province.The results are shown and analyzed in the aspects of genders,degrees,ages,length of service,income,technical post,administrative rank and the school types.Finally,the paper concludes that universities should strengthen the construction of the counselor team,create the favorable working environment,and improve their income,welfare and social status. |
