基于胜任力的核心员工激励模式研究

摘    要:核心员工是企业人力资源中的关键因素,是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,因此如何激励、留住核心员工成为企业所关心的重要问题。在胜任力内涵分析的基础上,探讨了胜任力与核心员工激励的内在关系,并从核心员工的绩效考核、薪酬、培训、晋升机制等四个方面提出基于胜任力分析的核心员工激励模式,以保证核心员工的工作能力得到充分发挥,提升企业人力资本,实现企业的长期健康发展。

Abstract:Core staff is a key factor in enterprise human resources and an important component of the core competitiveness of enterprises,therefore,how to encourage and retain core staff is becoming an increasingly significant problem concerned by enterprises.This paper,in the basis of competency content analysis,discusses the internal relationship between competency analysis and core staff incentive.Moreover,the Competency-based Core Staff Incentive Model Research is put forward in this paper from four aspects,which are performance evaluation,payment,training and promotion mechanism,in order to bring the core staff work ability into full play,enhance enterprise’s human capital and achieve its long-term sound development.
