案例式PBL教学法在消化内科临床实习中的应用

摘    要:在消化内科临床实习教学中,采用问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)和案例式教学相结合形成的案例式PBL教学法,能够充分发挥学生的主观能动性,有效提高学生主动学习和分析、解决问题的能力,并促进其临床思维的形成,从而提高了教学质量。运用案例式PBL教学需要关注教师自身的培训和学生参与积极性等方面的问题。
