关于“民工荒”下未返城农民工就业情况的调查研究——以江苏省盐城市盐都区为例

在金融危机之下,中国经济率先复苏,企业订单增加,用工需求增大,但此时出现了返乡农民工不再选择回到原来的城市、原来的岗位,使得大部分城市又出现了＂民工荒＂的现象。通过对盐城市盐都区的返乡农民工就业情况进行调查,分析了此次＂民工荒＂下未返城民工就业去向,旨在为有关部门辩证看待＂民工慌＂与＂民工荒＂问题,以及制定相关政策提供一定的依据。

Study on Employment of Migrant Workers not Returning to Work in Cities:A Case Study of Yandu District of Jiangsu Province

In the financial crisis,China takes the lead in economic recovery.With orders of enterprises and labor demands increased,many migrant workers,however,do not return to the cities where they once worked,which causes ＂shortage of migrant workers＂ phenomenon.Based on the investigation of the migrant workers back home in Yandu district,the employment of migrant workers back home is analyzed in the paper.The surveys in the paper aim to provide basis for policy making when related departments of the government is faced with the issue of ＂panic of migrant workers＂ and ＂shortage of migrant workers＂.
