| 摘 要： | 针对加入WTO后,WTO规则对我国中小企业国际化经营所形成的影响进行分析,既指出了其所提供的稳定的法律环境和国内有利的法律政策条件,又剖解了其中某些不利的影响因素,在此基础上,提出了通过制定完善配套的法律政策体系和设立相应的经营管理机构、建立技术标准体系等措施,来改进和完善中小企业国际化经营的法制环境.

| Abstract: | The rules of World Trade Organization (WTO) will exert both negative and positive influence upon the international operation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China since her entry into WTO. What is positive and beneficial can find expression in the stable legal environment and laws and regulations beneficial for China. However, there are something negative and adversary. In such a respect, the author puts forward some suggestions as an attempt to perfect the legal environment of international operation, including the formulation of corresponding legal system, the setup of corresponding operating and managing organs and the making of pertinent technical standards. |
