| 摘 要： | 建设以地域文化为主要内容的特色馆藏,为地方的发展提供信息服务,对于高校图书馆可持续发展具有重要意义。以淮海工学院图书馆为例,论述了连云港特色文化的内容及特点,以及高校图书馆加强地方特色文献建设的作用,提出了建设特色馆藏的具体措施。
