| 摘 要： | 大学生党员教育是高校党建工作的重要内容,要切实抓好党员队伍建设,就必须真正从大学生党员的思想实际出发,坚持教育主体性原则指导,在教育目标的确定、教育内容的设立、教育方法的选择等方面,充分考虑其主体需求、尊重其主体地位、发挥其主体作用,既着力于引导大学生党员的自我教育能力,又注重建立健全教育机制的有效形成,以真正保证其教育的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Education to college CPC members is an essential part of party construction work in colleges.To improve the construction of party membership,actions should be taken from the reality of students＇ ideology,keeping to the subjective principle of education.The determination of educational goals,the establishment of educational substance,the selection of educational methods and so on,should take full consideration of students＇ subjective requirements,respect their subjective status,and play their subjective role.Instruct the college student party members to develop their self-teaching ability,and perfect the educational mechanisms,the pertinence and effectiveness of education will be guaranteed. |
