| 摘 要： | 当前,随着机关团员的不断减少、团干编制少、兼职多、以及团组织普遍缺乏活动经费等情况的出现,给机关党建带团建工作及机关团建工作本身提出新的要求,新形势下机关团组织面临新的挑战。从分析机关党建带团建工作现状和存在的薄弱环节入手,提出新形势下机关党建带团建工作的创新举措,力求为当前机关党建带团建工作做一些有益探索。
