青年职工技能现状及创新创效研究——以连云港供电公司青年职工为例

摘    要:分析了青年职工技能现状及创新创效概况,揭示了当前青年职工创新创效方面存在的问题,结合连云港供电公司青年工作实际,提出了青年职工创新创效工作必须从以机制为立足点,建立党政工团齐抓共管的运行机制;以创新为关键点,培养创新型高技能人才;以创效为着力点,加快创新成果的转化应用等三个方面加以完善的设想。

Abstract:By analyzing the innovative ability of young workers at present,the deficiency of skilled elites,the week consciousness of innovation and the imperfection of operation mechanism are revealed.Combined with the working practice in Lianyungang Power Supply Corporation,it was proposed to establish the mechanism administrated by the Party,the government,the Union and the League,to cultivate innovation-oriented talents,and to accelerate the transformation or application of innovative products.
