新生代农民工就业特征分析

＂80后＂和＂90后＂的新生代农民工已成为打工族的主体,其大都受过高中甚至高等教育熏陶,对职业和工作有着较长远的理想和抱负,＂打工＂的目的已不再局限于＂赚钱＂,而是渴望积极融入城市社会。他们在实际就业实践中所反映出来的就业稳定性差、权利意识增强及强烈的＂市民待遇＂等一系列特征,乃是他们与第一代农民工的最大差别,因此客观地对这一就业群体的进行分析研究,则会对改进企业的用工管理模式和促进政府社会就业保障措施改革产生积极的借鉴意义。

Analysis to the Employment Characteristics of the New-generation Migrant Workers

The new-generation migrant workers,namely those who were born in the 1980＇s and 90＇s,have become the main body of migrant workers in large cities.Most of them have received high school or higher education,and have their own ideals and dreams.They do not work to earn money but desire to come into the main stream of urban society.Different from their forerunners,their employment is characterized by their poor job stability,increase of protection consciousness and a strong desire to enjoy urban citizenship.An objective analysis to this group can help enterprises to improve their managing mode and promote the government＇s reform on the protective measures of social employment.
