基于核心员工异质性的差异化激励研究

摘    要:企业的核心员工是企业最具战略价值的人力资本,是企业不可替代的宝贵资源,因此核心员工的激励工作对企业来说至关重要。从核心员工的战略价值和人力资本的独特性这两个维度对核心员工进行差异化分类,将核心员工分为管理型核心员工、技术型核心员工、关系型核心员工、任务型核心员工,并根据核心员工的异质性提出差异化的激励措施。

Abstract:Core employees are the irreplaceable resources and human capitals of an enterprise with strategic values. Thus, how to encourage them to work best is very important for the enterprise. According to the strategic value and the uniqueness of human capital, this paper classifies core employees into four types: the manager style, technology style, relational style and task-based style. On such a basis, incentive measures are put forward to carry out differentiated incentive.
