银行监管与金融监管之间关系密切。从当前国际金融监管发展的态势出发,分析了我国银行监管的现状及其对银行竞争力的影响,并依据国际金融监管的发展,对改善我国银行监管,提高我国银行竞争力提出了提升监管理念,创新监管方法;减少行政监管,严格法律监管;健全监管环节,适应市场化监管;加强国际合作;强化风险监管等建议。

Domestic Banking Regulation: An Approach from the Trend of International Financial Regulation

Banking regulation is closely related to the development of banks.In respect to the developing trend of international financial regulation,this paper analyzes the status quo of domestic banking regulation and its influence upon the competence of banks.As an attempt to improve domestic banking regulation and upgrade the competence of domestic banks,it puts forward a series of suggestions,such as the change of regulating concept,the innovation of regulating methods,the minimization of executive regulation and the strengthening of legal regulation,the improvement of regulating procedures to get adapted to market regulation,and the enhancement of international cooperation and risk regulation.
