On Specialty Setup in Higher Vocational Colleges in Ningbo

Higher vocational colleges in Ningbo have boomed rapidly in scale in the last decade.However,administrative and supervisory authorities and higher vocational colleges should pay special attention to the content development of the specialty setup and construction.This article makes a deep analysis of the current status of the specialty setup in higher vocational colleges in Ningbo and puts forward the reciprocal suggestions and tentative plan to this issue.It argues that higher vocational colleges should cooperate with administrative and supervisory authorities and draw on each other＇s comparative advantages to achieve staggered development.Higher vocational colleges should set up specialty in accordance with the economic and social needs.
