| 摘 要： | 以四川汶川地震的信息传播为比照，从突发事件的性质、范围、危害程度和处置方式等角度对核应急机制中信息发布方面存在的特点进行研究，认为核事故发生后应急机制中的信息传播与汶川地震应急机制中的信息传播存在着明显差异，据此为我国今后处理突发性的核事故提供参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the light of message transmission at the earthquake in Wenchuan,Sichuan Province,this paper probes into the differences of message sending between a nuclear accident and an earthquake.Since a nuclear accident is an emergency incident,its nature,scope of influence,jeopardy and handing ways are quite different from a large-scale earthquake.Such a research can provide references for the handling of such emergency incidents as a nuclear accident. |
