| 摘 要： | 通过对目前高校学报存在问题的分析,提出了依据地域优势组建地域性高校联合期刊社的构想,认为创建联合期刊社有利于提高学报质量,创办特色栏目,形成品牌效应,并能够从体制上解决一般高校学报普遍存在的弊端,从而使一般高校学报真正发挥其应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Considering the fact that there are many institutes of higher education in a certain region, the author proposes in this paper that regional unions of the academic journals of universities be constructed. It is thought that the joint academic journals should set up improving the qualiny of journals for the purpose of the development, create the columns of spewal features, and form the effect of famous brands.This can solve the problems present in virtually every journal of colleptward university from the aspent of system, so that the functions of the joumals of colleges and universities can best be prformend. |
