| 摘 要： | 从高等职业院校的实际情况出发,结合班主任工作的实践,在分析新时期班主任工作特点的基础上,就高等职业院校的班主任工作提出了＂以生为本,确立奋斗目标;自我教育,推行科学民主管理;班风育人,营造良好文化氛围;家庭学校共育,构建学生成长发展合力＂等一系列创新思路和策略性建议。

| Abstract: | According to the specific reality of higher vocational colleges,along with their working practice,the job features of class supervisors under new situations were analyzed.It was proposed to set goals from student-orientation,promote scientific and democratic management with self-education,build nice cultural environment through excellent class manners,and cooperate in student cultivation with mutual effort from family and school. |
