| Abstract: | The current administration system of China＇s college leaders is president responsibility system under the leadership of CPC,which is the main part of institutional renovation and has profound influence on China＇s institutional construction and higher education development.From the perspective of institutional changes,new interpretations are given to the president responsibility system,and analysis is put on its advantages and disadvantages. |
