外资银行的进入与我国金融安全问题研究

随着我国银行业的全面开放，外资银行进入我国金融业市场的速率明显加快，一方面给我国银行管理带来先进技术，促进我国金融体制改革深化，提升市场竞争能力，另一方面也使我国金融市场面临宏观调控效应削弱、银行国际竞争力受冲击、银行控股权旁落、金融业发展不协调等金融安全隐患。为确保我国金融安全，提出完善金融安全法制建设，加强对外资银行的监管，建立公正的市场环境，把握好外资银行进入的节奏，提高我国银行业竞争力等政策建议。
