| Abstract: | The problem of employment difficulties for female college students has aroused widespread concern in the society.Psychological causes are analyzed in four aspects： social environment,individual qualities,enterprise and college in this article.Also,it is pointed out that to solve the employment difficulty for female graduates will do much good to the sustainable development of society and economy. |
