| 摘 要： | 良好的政府形象对于党和政府公信力、凝聚力的形成至关重要,切实转变机关作风,塑造良好的政府机关形象是落实科学发展观、提高干部素质和工作效率以及优化发展环境的需要。塑造政府机关良好形象需要通过政务运行、服务效能和部门责任三方面的转变,努力塑造＂阳光政府＂、＂服务政府＂、＂责任政府＂形象。

| Abstract: | Good government image is essential to the formation of the Party and government＇s credibility and cohesion.It is the demand of the implementation of scientific outlook on development,the improvement of cadre quality and working efficiency,and the optimization of development environment.It is suggested to achieve a better government image through the changes in administrative operation,serving effectiveness and department obligation,aiming at a clean government serving for the people. |
