| 摘 要： | 通过教师与大学生人际关系和谐程度问卷调查,分析了教师在和谐师生关系构建中应发挥的重要作用。运用系统论的观点和后现代主义教育思想,探讨了教师调适师生人际和谐的理论基础,从加强自身修养、增加人格魅力、注重学生心理、加强感情投入等方面阐述了教师调适师生人际和谐的途径。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the questionnaires on how harmonious the relationship is between teacher and student,the teacher＇s role is discussed in constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship.Based on system theory and post-modernism educational theories,ways to improve teacher-student relationship are discussed.It is suggested for the teacher to strengthen self-cultivation,raise personality charm,care for students＇psychology,and make affectionate communication with them. |
