Legislative Principles of Domestic Divorce System

As the yardstick by which the legislator conducts legislative activities,legislative principle is the embodiment of guiding legislative ideas in legislative practice.Marriage Law is one that is closely related to almost every family in China.Divorce system,as an important part of marriage law,has to follow some basic guiding principles in legislative design,namely the freedom to divorce,the protection of the weak,the principle of being practical and realistic,consideration of the Chinese context,the combination of what it is and what it should be,and the principles of definitude and consistency.Only in this way can we formulate a scientific divorce system and marriage law.
