| 摘 要： | 美国的族群现象复杂多变。根据族群发展理论,就美国族群多样性愈演愈烈的状况,分析了＂熔炉＂理论及其狭隘性、多元文化理论和它的局限性,以及多元文化与同化共存的必然性,并结合对美国族群关系发展趋势的探讨,指出美国族群关系呈多元化的同时,也同化于主流社会。

| Abstract: | The diversified American ethnic groups are complex and always changing.Based on the existed ethnic theory,this paper analyzes the limitation of "melting pot" theory and the multi-culture theory,in terms of the increasing diversity of American ethnic relations.It argues that the trend of ethnic relations is a coexistence of both diversification and assimilation. |
