| 摘 要： | 利用波特五力模型，对连云港港口物流业的潜在进入者、供方、客户、替代品、同业竞争者等5种竞争力进行分析，在此基础上，提出了港口物流的竞争战略，认为连云港港口物流的竞争战略应该是聚焦战略，并且提出了提升港口物流业竞争力的措施。

| Abstract: | The competitiveness of potential entrants,suppliers,customers,substitute products,competitive rivalry about Lianyungang Harbor logistics industry is analyzed from Porter's Five-force Model.On such a basis,this paper advances the competitive strategy of harbor logistics,and holds that the competitiveness of Lianyungang Harbor logistics strategy should be a focusing strategy.Besides,it puts forward some measures to improve the competitiveness of Lianyungang Harbor logistics. |
