高职教学质量监控体系的构建

摘    要:在阐述高职教学质量监控体系应遵循若干原则的基础上 ,探讨了高职教学质量监控体系运作模式的构建 ,认为构建高职教学质量监控体系要突出对教学输入质量、教学输出质量、教学运行质量的监控 ,并注重适时对教学过程进行调节 ;同时要注意发挥院、系、教研室的三级监控作用 ,建立必要的信息反馈、科学评价、教学督导、校园文化等机制 ,以保障教学质量监控体系的有效运作。

Abstract:The principles that should be followed in the building of teaching quality supervisory systems in higher technical colleges are examined in this paper with discussions made on the formulation of operating modes for the supervisory systems. To succeed in this undertaking and ensure the systems to work effectively, we should attach great importance to the supervision of the quality of teaching input, output and operation, lay emphasis on the regulation of teaching process, give full play to the supervisory functions of different offices, departments and schools, and build necessary mechanisms for information feedback, scientific appraisal, teaching supervision and campus culture.
