| 摘 要： | 经营性文化事业单位转企改制,是文化体制改革的中心环节,也是衡量其改革是否取得实质性进展的重要标志。在事业单位改革即将全面铺开之际,借鉴经营性文化事业单位改革的相关政策,总结试点阶段和全面推广阶段中各地区进行政策创新的经验,对我国事业单位的下一步改革具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The restructuring of profit-making cultural institutions is the central part of cultural system re-form and a measure of its substantial progress.On the basis of relevant policy of the reform,this paper in-tends to collect the innovative regional experiences in the experimenting and promoting phrase and provide references for the future reform of public institutions. |
